This policy explains what personal data gkanidis.com collects, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact form and email

When you use the contact form or email me, I receive the details you provide: name, email address, project type, budget range, deadline, any links you share and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal or carry out the project you ask about (legal basis: steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not use them for marketing and I do not sell or share them. I keep the correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry or project, and longer only where tax or accounting law requires it.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click Accept in the cookie notice, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits: pages viewed, which work is played, clicks on “Start a project”, device type and approximate location. IP addresses are anonymised. This sets analytics cookies and the data is processed by Google (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you click Decline or ignore the notice, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time: change cookie settings.

Embedded content and third parties

• Video: work samples are hosted on YouTube (Google) and Vimeo. Their thumbnails load from those services, and a player loads only when you press play; the provider may then set its own cookies.
• Fonts: typefaces are hosted on this site itself; no request is made to Google Fonts.
• 3D studio tour: hosted on this site; its 3D library loads from the jsDelivr CDN.
• Hosting: the site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@gkanidis.com and I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
